Terms governing the website and personalized analysis service.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing this website, submitting an intake form, purchasing a service, or using a delivered analysis, you agree to these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy, and the Legal Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase the service.

2. Service description

Before You Approve provides an independent, educational analysis of documents submitted by a customer. The service is designed to help homeowners better understand termite, crawlspace, moisture, encapsulation, wood-destroying-organism, and closely related pest-control findings, proposals, recommendations, photographs, and supporting documentation.

3. Important service limitations

The service is based only on the materials submitted. It is not an on-site inspection, diagnosis, treatment plan, engineering opinion, mold assessment, code determination, appraisal, legal opinion, real-estate advice, warranty, certification, or guarantee of contractor performance or property condition. 4. Eligibility and customer responsibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into an agreement to purchase the service. You remain responsible for selecting contractors, obtaining any needed inspections or professional opinions, deciding whether to authorize work, and making all final financial and property decisions.

5. Customer submissions

You represent that the information and documents you submit are accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share them. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, malicious, or unrelated sensitive material. The quality and completeness of the analysis depend on the quality and completeness of the submitted information.

6. Scope, pricing, payment, and delivery

Each $97 order covers one quote or proposal and the supporting documents, photos, screenshots, emails, and notes the customer submits with that matter. It includes one personalized written PDF analysis and email support for reasonable questions about the delivered analysis. Additional proposals require separate orders unless agreed in writing before purchase.

Payment must be completed before work begins. The delivery period begins only after payment and all required documents and answers have been received. Missing, unreadable, or incomplete materials may delay delivery.

7. No guaranteed outcome

No specific savings, price reduction, negotiation result, contractor response, repair result, inspection result, or property outcome is promised. The analysis is intended to improve understanding and help the customer ask informed questions; it does not make the customer’s decision.

8. Refunds and order cancellation

Refund eligibility is governed by the posted Refund Policy. Because this is a personalized, time-based service, an order becomes nonrefundable once substantive document analysis or report preparation begins, except where otherwise required by law.

9. Personal-use license

Website content, branding, templates, and analysis materials are owned by Before You Approve or used with permission. A purchased analysis is licensed to the customer for personal, noncommercial use in connection with the property or matter submitted. It may be shared with the customer’s contractor, inspector, attorney, real-estate professional, or other adviser for that purpose, but it may not be resold, republished, copied into a competing product, or publicly distributed without written permission.

10. Prohibited use

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, upload malicious code, impersonate another person, use the service for fraud or harassment, or use website content or delivered materials in a way that violates law or another person’s rights.

11. Third-party services and links

The website may rely on or link to third-party services, including form, payment, hosting, email, and storage providers. Before You Approve does not control those third parties and is not responsible for their separate terms, availability, security, or privacy practices.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and service are provided “as is” and “as available.” No warranty is made that the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free, or that submitted documents contain complete or accurate information.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Before You Approve will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits; loss of data; contractor conduct; property damage; or decisions made after receiving the service. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, the total liability arising from a particular order will not exceed the amount the customer paid for that order, except where a different limit is required by law.

14. Changes, suspension, and availability

The website, pricing, service features, and these terms may be updated from time to time. Access may be limited, suspended, or discontinued when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, misuse prevention, or business operations. Changes do not alter an already accepted order unless the customer agrees or the change is required by law.

15. Governing law and severability

These terms are governed by the laws applicable where Before You Approve operates, without overriding consumer protections that cannot legally be waived. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

16. Entire agreement and waiver

These terms and the policies linked above form the agreement governing use of the website and service. A failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
